A Family Affair: Helping First-Time Buyers Find Their Home
Once you work with a family, you hope they’ll trust you again if they ever need help with real estate in the future. With this family, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with two of the sisters. To say this family is awesome would be an understatement! As I’ve mentioned before, you build a real connection, and I truly adore them all.
Our first contact was through email, as she and her soon-to-be husband were searching for their first home. We were lucky to find it relatively quickly, but each showing felt like a family affair! Every time we went to a viewing, the whole family showed up with smiles on their faces, and we shared so many laughs.
Despite the fun, we always had meaningful conversations about what needed to be done to each home and whether it was doable for them. It was heartwarming to witness such a close-knit family. The seller’s agent was also from Exit Realty Liftlock, so we both worked hard to ensure everything fell into place smoothly and effortlessly for our clients.
